For this reason, after this Congress, we should make a personal determination: to internalise ourselves much more, to relax the physical body two times a day, to study the process of thinking: this endless movie that we carry within, in the mind of each one of us. It is necessary to stop and sit down one hour at midday, or in the evening, and another hour, if possible, at night, just in order to calm down that movie, and thus calm down the mind. This it is the first step.
«We have to exhaust -says the Master- the process of thinking».
How can we do that? We can calm down the mind by observing it. When one remains quiet, relaxed, only being aware of the thoughts that are passing.

The Affordable Care Act preserves what's best about our current health care system while helping to give employers and employees more affordable coverage. Large employers are the major source of health insurance coverage in the United States. The Affordable Care Act builds on this employer based system and works to control costs, stabilize insurance markets, and provide new protections for employers and their workers. The Act offers some immediate benefits to help improve the coverage you offer your employees, along with some long-term changes that will help keep coverage affordable. If you and your employees like the health insurance plan you have, you can keep it and make the kind of annual changes you usually make. If you're unhappy with the coverage you have, you can change plans and gain new benefits.
At the start of your next plan year after September 2010, if you offer family health coverage, insurers will be required in many cases to cover your employees' children until they turn 26. Insurance plans won't be able to exclude the child of one of your employees from coverage because of a pre-existing medical condition. And starting in January 2011, insurers will have to spend the vast majority of the money you pay in premiums on delivering health care to your employees, not overhead or profits. One new program that's already underway is a temporary reinsurance program for early retirees. This program will help you with the costs of providing coverage for your retirees who are over 55 but under 65. Reform will benefit small business - not burden it

Hello, I'm Christina Romer. I'm Chair of the Council of Economic Advisers here at the White House. And I wanted to talk about one of the myths that's been swirling around the health care debate, and that has to do with what health care reform will mean for small businesses. And I'll give you an example. We get lots of comments on the website and one said, "I own a small business, and the proposed health care reform would make it impossible for me to hire new employees and might force me out of business." The current health care system does not work well for small businesses. Just to give you a fact - a small business typically pays about 18% more for comparable coverage for its workers than a big firm. And that puts them at a competitive disadvantage - either it means they have to have lower profits and less ability to grow and expand their businesses, or it means their workers get lower take home wages. And that isn't good, obviously, for their workers or for the small business wanting to hire the very best people. One of the ways that we see this playing out is that small businesses provide health insurance much less often than
big businesses. Probably about - only about half of the businesses with fewer than nine employees actually provide health insurance, whereas you get to a firm, 200, 300 employees, it's almost 100% of them - provide coverage.

Easy tips to prevent stress at workplace
You get tired of any task that you are taking over , because of not healthy , pressure of job or any other reasons. If you are standing on the role as manager that you are feeling tired in any period of working time, it is a sign of stress and you have to resolve these problem. Here are some tips to help you react to stress and prevent it.
Reaction to stress
While you may not recognize it, your body does react strongly to stress. Some stress is good because it helps you more concentrate on the overall picture of objectives for example, or it becomes your motivation to be self- developed. However, receiving so much stress will cause your heart to beat quicker and your body surely will wear down. Your body will be unable to produce antibodies to protect your white blood cells and this will leave you vulnerable to the common cold along with serious health concerns.
Preventing stress
Change your everyday meal:
Instead of drinking coffee or eating candy in the morning, you should eat apple or carrot. Caffeine makes stress worse and worse, it can cause you to become tired and you will have feeling of difficult to breathe. Your diet plays an important role in preventing stress and having good life. Remember to use the food to use that help you feel better when waking up. You need to look for foods that will keep your blood sugar level stable and will not cause it to go up and down. Try to use colorful fruits and vegetables as they hold more nutrients that allow you to feel better and to stay healthy. Moreover, take note to eat fish. Fish ingredient has the large amount of vitamin omega-3 that can reduce stress effectively.
Doing exercises:
In addition, doing exercises is so important in preventing stress. When you run or walk, your muscle is gradually stretching and it doesn't hurt your body when you are being stress. Combined with playing exercise everyday, regular massage is one helpful tool to regulate blood and eliminate tensions. Consider taking yoga classes and try to meditate daily. Yoga is a wonderful exercise program to add to your daily routine as it is designed to help the body calm down. It will allow you to spend time meditating each day to remove stress from your mind. The stretching and strengthening exercises will pull the stress right out of your body and help you feel better.
Keep work-life balance:
You should balance time for working, sleeping, relaxing.. Thus you can have meaningful life You can do many things at each stage of life. Working for a long hour is not only not good for health, but also easy leading to disappointed when you get failure.

Why are we stressed out with decision making? You are completely confused, your ego says, "Just do whatever you want! Leave it!- Leave me!". You don't have enough patience or energy. To make decision, when decision are taken in a very haphazard way
when decisions are taken without any clarity if you are continuously deciding without any clarity. Unfortunately, if you are in the leader's seat, Be very clear, not only will you be suffering, you will be torturing others also and every one of you are leaders some way whether you are leading the team or you're leading the house or leading your friends. some way, continuously, you are doing the job of leading. Somewhere, sometime, you are led, sometime you are leading
But, everyone of us are leaders in some part of our life. Maybe you will be leader in social life or maybe you will be leader in your office or you will be leader in your house, but you will be leader. At some point or the other we are leaders. Person who is caught by these engrams person who is continuously suffering by these engraved memories
can never relax, can never have vacation. Can never relax. You can see in your life the moment, early morning, the moment you get up from bed and go to the bathroom, you are brushing your teeth your mind is already in the office
thinking about the office. If you are sitting in the office, your mind is alredy in the beach. Evening beach, "When we will go to the beach and relax?" If you are sitting on the beach and relaxing, your mind is already in the house, "When can I go back? It is time, I think it is time to go back." One thing is sure, if you are here you are not here. You don't stay in the place where your body is. You are constantly somewhere else. I always tell people, if you are sitting in the house and worrying, it's working from home. Because, sitting in the office and worrying, you are doing your job. If you are sitting in the beach and worrying, you are having vacation! That's all! Maybe the places are different, but the mental setup is same. Person who is filled with these engrams can never have vacation. He can never have vacation nor live his life completely. Vacation or living, living or leaving, both are directly directly related to your consciousness. It is not related to what you are doing. It is related to your being.
