If you are standing on the role as manager that you are feeling tired in any period of working time, it is a sign of stress and you have to resolve these problem. Reaction to stress
While you may not recognize it, your body does react strongly to stress. Some stress is good because it helps you more concentrate on the overall picture of objectives for example, or it becomes your motivation to be self- developed. However, receiving so much stress will cause your heart to beat quicker and your body surely will wear down. Your body will be unable to produce antibodies to protect your white blood cells and this will leave you vulnerable to the common cold along with serious health concerns.
Preventing stress
Change your everyday meal:
Instead of drinking coffee or eating candy in the morning, you should eat apple or carrot. Caffeine makes stress worse and worse, it can cause you to become tired and you will have feeling of difficult to breathe. Your diet plays an important role in preventing stress and having good life. Remember to use the food to use that help you feel better when waking up. You need to look for foods that will keep your blood sugar level stable and will not cause it to go up and down. Try to use colorful fruits and vegetables as they hold more nutrients that allow you to feel better and to stay healthy. Moreover, take note to eat fish. Fish ingredient has the large amount of vitamin omega-3 that can reduce stress effectively.
Doing exercises:
In addition, doing exercises is so important in preventing stress. When you run or walk, your muscle is gradually stretching and it doesn't hurt your body when you are being stress. Combined with playing exercise everyday, regular massage is one helpful tool to regulate blood and eliminate tensions. Consider taking yoga classes and try to meditate daily. Yoga is a wonderful exercise program to add to your daily routine as it is designed to help the body calm down. It will allow you to spend time meditating each day to remove stress from your mind. The stretching and strengthening exercises will pull the stress right out of your body and help you feel better.

The Good Life: Happiness
This lecture will be a some slightly shorter lecture than usual. What I first want to do is finish off the discussion of clinical psychology from last lecture and then have a little brief discussion about some very interesting research on happiness. We talked-we ended last lecture with a discussion of some early-some of the history of treating mental illness and we saw that it was rather gruesome, unsuccessful, and arbitrary. For the most part, we do better now, and Dr. Nolen-Hoeksema reviewed some of the therapies with focus on therapies for depression. The textbook talks in detail about therapies for different disorders including schizophrenia, anxiety disorders, and so on. The question which everyone is interested in is, "Does therapy work?" And this proves to be surprisingly difficult to tell. Part of the problem is if you ask people who go into therapy, "Did you get better after therapy?" for the most part they'll tell you that they did but the problem is this could be a statistical byproduct of what's called "regression to the mean."
So, the idea looks like this. This line plots how you feel from great through okay to awful and it goes up and down and in fact in everyday life you're going to-some days are going to be average, some days will be better than average, some days worse than average. You could plot your semester. You could do a plot every morning when you wake up or every night before you go to be d. You could put yourself on a graph and it'll come out to some sort of wiggly thing. Statistically, if something is above average or below average it's going to trend towards average just because that's a statistical inevitability.

Keeping a Work-Life Balance
Speaker: Sarah Schneider Social Work Master's Student
When I think about what I wish I had known about graduate school, I think just understanding the importance of a work/life balance. Because it's a word or rather a phrase that we throw around a lot, but it's just so important. I know in social work and a lot of other schools you have not only your classroom work, but you also have like internships or field placements and it's hard in the midst of schoolwork and this kind of real work/internship role to figure out where a life fits in.
Speaker: Julie DeGraw Center for the Study of Higher and Postsecondary Education Doctoral Student
Earlier I thought I was pretty well prepared and I had talked to a lot of people. I think there is one thing that has surprised me and I think people might have told me this even but I just, I don't know that I thought it applied to me, but it actually did, was stress, which is kind of funny because I wasn't stressed out about grades because I think maybe being older you're just kind of like, "I'm not going to graduate school for the grades." I really wanted my faculty members to think I was doing good work, I wanted to be doing good work and I wasn't exactly sure what that meant in graduate school. So I just had to literally shut my brain off at certain times; when I was walking the dogs was one of those times when I would often find myself stewing about school and I definitely just made myself not think about those things during that time. And so anytime I was taking a break from school and doing these other things I made myself not, sort of not think about it.
Speaker: Dave Turer Biomedical Engineering Doctoral Student
So in graduate school, I think it can get very lonely if you don't make friends relatively quickly. And so my advice would be to just meet people as quickly as you can and don't limit yourself to trying to find a particular kind of person, especially here at Michigan. There is such a variety of people, there are so many things you can get involved with, there is always an opportunity to get involved

How Do You Achieve Work-Life Balance?
Finding work life balance begins with learning to say no. Stop doing everything. Say no to every task that is non-essential. Balance is really about drawing personal boundaries and sticking to them. The way you define your priorities is by saying yes to some things and no to others.
Make the choice intentionally : whether you want to become full-time mom, or continue with high-powered career or you would like to do well at work and at home. Based on that, you can set realistic goals for yourself. However, lower your standards can make your life more balance, so you're not killing yourself to have a perfectly clean home, lavishly planned parties, whatever else is important to other people and not to you.
Writing down your plan will help you more easy to follow and achieve these goals.. Make sure you put time in the plan for you as well - working out, eating, and the occasional pedicure should not be overlooked.
After that, create a written plan for their employer and present it in a professional manner , try to tell them what you want. Based on that, they can assign tasks for you perfectly.
To minimize the extra pressure, guilt, and the logistical headaches of emergency situations, prepare in advance, as well as plan and prepare fore childcare solution.
If you are overloaded in work at company, you can hire a people who help you in household, or personal assistant, just just make sure your valuable time is spent furthering your goals as you have defined them.

Sleeping and sleeping
Normally, according to medical experts, the people need eights hours of sleep a night. However, you probably sleep much less than that. Now, we would like to give some benefits of having enough sleep hours at night
Sleep enough makes you smarter.
One scientist at the University of Luebeck found that whenyou sleep eight hours, you solve problems that you cannot solve when you have not slept enough. A lot of sleep-short nights make you feel more tired and maybe more stupid in next day. If you think you are brilliant in working at night and you don't want to sleep, you will become slow thinker tomorrow. I'm sure of that.
A good sleep creates creativity.
Sleep is the time that your brain is recovered after a long day, and it's the way to precede a great idea. This is the impressive example: Dmitri Mendeleev came up with the periodic table of elements by dreaming it
Good sleep keeps your heart healthy
Heart attacks and strokes are more common during the early morning hours. This fact may be explained by the way sleep interacts with the blood vessels. Lack of sleep has been associated with worsening of blood pressure and cholesterol, all risk factors for heart disease and stroke. Your heart will be healthier if you get between 7 and 9 hours of sleep each night.
Sleep Bolsters Your Memory
Researchers do not fully understand why we sleep and dream, but a process called memory consolidation occurs during sleep. While your body may be resting, your brain is busy processing your day, making connections between events, sensory input, feelings and memories. Your dreams and deep sleep are an important time for your brain to make memories and links. Getting more quality sleep will help you remember and process things better
Decreased risk of accidents.
Did you know that driving while seriously sleep deprived is similar to driving while drunk? The lack of motor coordination associated with sleep deprivation also makes you more susceptible to falls and injury.
